What Are You Manifesting?

The journey into mindset is a tough one and a lifelong journey. However, I do believe in the power of manifestation. Do you believe that you can manifest the life you want? I do! Most people don't want to put in the work of saying the affirmations and believing they could be wealthy or have that dream client or partner they wish, which is why they give up. The key is not to! I am learning the power of manifestation and the law of attraction right now, and it's super helpful to know what exactly you want so you can tell the universe to bring it to you! What do you need in your life? More money? Love? Friends? More business? Well, if you are like me and said "all the above!" then you will need to take the manifestation journey I am taking!

Meditation Helps!

I like to sit quietly. My mindset coach calls this JST or just sit there time. While she suggests not to meditate, but to just sit there and write whatever comes to your mind. I like to sit there, meditate and let the energy flow through me. To be perfectly honest the ideas flow out of me this way. I am way too energetic to just be sitting down but maybe that's a good thing? All I know is that 30 minutes of meditation each day does a body good! When you sit there and just the energy flow through my body.

Dance baby dance!

I started this little dance ritual on my porch every morning where I say what I want and desire. Okay, so it's more like a yoga/stretching routine with me shouting out a few affirmations each morning. Still, it's good to get into the habit of doing a dance routine every morning that makes you feel good! Being laid off my 9-5 gig made me realize that I need something like this and that I can potentially manifest something amazing. I mean I definitely think I manifested that 9-5 job!

Do What Works for You!

Whether it's JST, meditation, working out, or even just drawing, you have to do what is best for you! There are a billion manifestation techniques out there, you have to find what works best for you. I personally like to use my rose quartz and amethyst crystals when I meditate to bring more energy, but you can use whatever! Even if you are not very "woo" you can simply just sit in one place and journal your thoughts. Many experts suggest doing this as well.

It's all connected!

Whether you want to believe it or not, I believe that everything is connected to your body including whatever goes on in your own mind. If you aren't well in the mind, your body will show as well as what you do. You can't expect everything to be fine when you aren't fine with yourself. You have to be willing to make that change within you if you want to manifest! When you start making changes physically and mentally you will find that everything will fall into place. It's a tough journey and I am trying to get there myself, but I know it's not impossible!

How Can I Manifest?

There are a couple of things you can do to manifest the life you want. I've heard that singing your favorite upbeat song saying "I've got money!" is really powerful. Also just repeating what you want every day is helpful too. However, taking action steps is also important! Are you also becoming the person you want to be or be with? Are you not taking on those little clients that make zero to no money or are you taking on the big ones that can change your life? What steps are you currently taking to ensure that whatever you are manifesting comes to life? This is a HUGE step to the process that I don't think many people take because it requires lots of introspective work which many people do not make the time for. At this point, you have to see what will work best in your life right now and work around your schedule if you are willing to do it.
